Pro náš nový projekt „Vila Mrštíkova“, jsme záměrně vybrali sympatickou lokalitu Prahy 10, ve Strašnicích. Vilu jsme pojmenovali podle její domovské ulice Mrštíkovy, která vás nadchne jako klidná jednosměrka, lemovaná spoustou stromů a zeleně. Vila Mrštíkova je citlivě vsazena do menšího parku, pouhých 130 metrů od stanice metra Strašnická.
